Firstly, we are so sorry to hear about your damaged item. Most likely it was damaged in the shipping process as we take a lot of care in carefully wrapping our products. Please contact the artist through email and include your budget for the piece, the idea for the piece, the size you are interested in, and the medium in which you would like the piece to be in. If you are unsure about any of those qualities, please mention that in your email as well and the artist can help you shape your idea for the commissioned work.
